At KINKON, every piece is personal — made to your body, your vibe, your energy.

That means we don’t do returns, refunds, or order cancellations. Period.

 

Why?

Our latex garments are intimate, form-fitting, and made specifically for you. Once they’ve been made or worn, they can’t be resold or safely accepted back for hygiene reasons. Each piece is crafted by hand — so every order is unique and non-refundable.

Repairs

Latex lives, stretches, and sometimes snaps — and that’s okay.

We work with trusted local partners who can repair (when possible) your KINKON piece and bring it back to life. If you ever need a fix, contact us and we’ll connect you with the nearest repair shop in your area.
